Spice 360, one of Nigeria’s leading integrated marketing communications agencies, has announced the appointment of Biodun Adefila as Managing Director and Rotimi Ade-Onojobi as Creative Director, signaling a dynamic new era for the firm.
The announcement, made via a letter from the agency’s Board of Directors, is effective immediately and marks a pivotal moment in Spice 360’s mission to cement its position as a powerhouse of strategic growth, creative excellence, and industry innovation.

Biodun Adefila – Managing Director
Bringing over 20 years of leadership in advertising and strategic planning, Adefila previously served as Chief Operating Officer at SO&U Limited, where she masterminded campaigns for top-tier brands including Guinness Nigeria, GTBank, Unilever, P&G, and Access Bank.
An alumna of the University of Liverpool (MBA) and the Lagos Business School (AMP), Adefila is also a former board member of the Association of Advertising Agencies of Nigeria (AAAN). Her achievements include being named Outstanding Advertising Personality of the Year (Marketing Edge, 2020) and one of the Top 50 Most Influential Women in Marketing Communications (Brand Communicator, 2023).
At Spice 360, she will oversee the agency’s business strategy, operations, and client relations, with a vision to drive market leadership and innovation across Sub-Saharan Africa.
Rotimi Ade-Onojobi – Creative Director
Known for his award-winning creativity and storytelling, Ade-Onojobi brings a decade-long track record of brand success across diverse platforms. He has worked on major campaigns for Heineken, Nestlé, Airtel, Skyy Vodka, ABInBev, and Access Bank.
Prior to joining Spice 360, he was Head of Brand and Design at BOGO Beverages, where he played a crucial role in launching Bottega Italian Sparkling Wine and BOGO Charger Energy Drink. He also held creative leadership positions at Livespot Group, Monument Distillers, and DIJO Group, with standout work including the Livespot X Festival with Cardi B and “Be the Hero” for Hero Lager.
A Computer Science graduate from Olabisi Onabanjo University, he enhanced his creative portfolio through advanced training at Orange Academy. At Spice 360, he is tasked with steering the agency’s creative vision and execution across digital, traditional, and experiential platforms.
