The initiative was formally commemorated at a signing ceremony held on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at the office of the Lead Issuing House, Anchoria Advisory Services Limited. The Programme was jointly arranged by Anchoria Advisory Services Limited and SCM Capital Limited, with Smooth Capital Limited serving as Financial Advisers.
Designed to be issued in multiple series, the CP Notes will be quoted on the FMDQ Securities Exchange and held electronically, with settlement facilitated through the FMDQ Depository, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Commenting on the development, Mr. Bayo Fabiyi, Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Addosser Microfinance Bank, described the registration as a pivotal moment in the bank’s strategic evolution.
“This milestone represents a significant advancement in our funding strategy and demonstrates the confidence of the market in our business model and financial stability,” Fabiyi remarked. “From our humble beginnings in 2008 as a unit Microfinance Bank, we’ve grown to over 25 branches in Lagos and have become a key player in promoting financial inclusion and supporting MSMEs.”
He further emphasized that the CP Programme would provide the institution with enhanced liquidity, a more optimized capital structure, and a stronger foundation to support its mission of delivering accessible financial services to underserved populations.
Anchoria Advisory Services Limited’s Managing Director, Bishop Sam Chidoka, who serves as Co-Lead Issuing House for the Programme, expressed his confidence in Addosser’s financial health and long-term prospects.
“The successful registration of this Programme is a reflection of Addosser’s sound fundamentals and credibility in the financial markets,” Chidoka stated.
