Kyerematen-Jimoh’s career began in the UK, where she worked with prominent institutions such as UBS Investment Bank and ABN AMRO Bank. In 2011, she joined IBM as the Territory Marketing Manager for West Africa, later taking on the role of Strategy Leader for Central, East, and West Africa operations based in Nairobi, Kenya.

Her leadership roles at IBM have been marked by significant achievements, including her tenure as Chief of Staff to the Senior Vice President of Global Markets and Sales at IBM’s corporate headquarters in New York. In her new role as Regional Head, she will oversee IBM’s operations in over 40 countries, including Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, Morocco, Senegal, Uganda, and Tunisia.

Before her groundbreaking appointment at IBM, Kyerematen-Jimoh served as Microsoft’s Strategic Partnership Lead for Africa, where she played a pivotal role in driving growth and investment across the continent. She was instrumental in establishing Microsoft’s Africa Transformation Office (ATO), which focuses on digital infrastructure, skills development, SMEs, and startups.
