Music industry leader Don Jazzy shared his thoughts on his present relationship status.

On Monday, he took to his Instagram page to share his interest in participating in the trending ‘suspect challenge,’ a playful online activity where couples tease each other in a lighthearted manner.

At 41 years old, the entrepreneur conveyed his wish to join the challenge but noted that he lacks a partner. He humorously stated, “Suspect wants to do suspect challenge but no suspect partner,” adding that it “hurts” in the accompanying caption.

This is not the first occasion Don Jazzy has discussed his relationship status. In 2021, he shared memories of marrying Michelle Jackson, a writer and model based in the UK, at the age of 20, only to divorce two years later.

“I fucked it up cos I was giving all my time to my music. Music became a priority instead of my family. We got divorced when I was 22 and it hurt,” he said.

Earlier this year, Don Jazzy disclosed that he has not remarried as he is currently undertaking a personal growth journey.

“I dey work on myself so that when my head correct, my babe go enjoy me,” he wrote in pidgin English.

Don Jazzy is widely recognized as the preeminent executive in the Nigerian music industry. In 2004, he co-founded Mo’ Hits Records in collaboration with the renowned singer D’banj. Subsequently, in 2012, Jazzy established the esteemed music label known as Mavin Records.
