As the aircraft asset management and leasing division of the Bank of China, BOC Aviation currently manages nearly 700 aircraft, with a total portfolio valued at approximately $20 billion. The company has previously supplied 16 aircraft to Turkish Airlines, which includes five A320neos, seven Boeing 737 MAX 8s, and four Boeing 777-300ERs, as reported by ch-aviation.

Turkish Airlines operates a significant fleet of Airbus A321s for short and medium-haul routes from various airports in Turkey. This fleet includes 65 A321s, typically configured to accommodate 220 passengers, along with 66 A321neos and an additional 199 on order. In a two-class layout, the A321neos generally seat 190 passengers, with 16 in business class and 174 in economy. Furthermore, the airline's Turkish Cargo division operates three A321P2F converted freighters.
As of September 30, 2024, BOC Aviation manages a portfolio of 693 owned and managed aircraft, which are leased to 93 airlines across 48 countries and regions globally. The company is publicly traded on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and is headquartered in Singapore, with additional offices located in Dublin, London, New York, and Tianjin.
