Xiaomi is set to launch the 15 and 15 Pro smartphones during an event on October 29. In anticipation of this, the company has initiated a consistent teaser campaign, gradually disclosing various features. Today, it has been officially confirmed that the Xiaomi 15 Pro will be equipped with a robust 6,100 mAh battery.

The device will feature 1.38mm symmetrical bezels on all sides, along with full brightness DC dimming, which contributes to a 10% reduction in power consumption and an impressive peak brightness of 3,200 nits, made possible by the innovative M9 materials.

Furthermore, the Xiaomi 15 Pro will boast a "2K" resolution display and a rear-mounted 5x periscope telephoto camera.

Both the 15 and 15 Pro models will be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, complemented by a custom microarchitecture scheduler developed by Xiaomi. This combination is expected to enhance task execution efficiency by 19% and decrease app startup response times by 45.7%.
