English Singer-Songwriter, Adele Laurie Blue Adkins known mononymously as Adele, the British singer who has won multiple Grammy awards, has shared her struggles with gender and sexuality.

Despite identifying as a straight woman, she expressed feeling like "a gay man" at times. Speaking to her audience at a recent sold-out concert in Munich, Germany, the 36-year-old artist revealed feeling "trapped." She mentioned, "I often feel like I'm a gay man stuck in a straight woman's body."

Adele disclosed in an interview with German broadcaster ZDF that she plans to take a hiatus from music to explore new creative endeavors after completing her current tour in November.

Having resided in the United States for the past two years, she intends to return to her home country once her residency ends in November.

Adele informed her fans not to anticipate new music from her, emphasizing her desire for a significant break. She stated, "I have no intentions of releasing new music.

I am looking forward to taking a substantial break and engaging in other creative pursuits for a brief period."

The talented singer, who has won 16 Grammy awards, released her latest album '30' in 2021, which received the British Album Of The Year award at the Brit Awards in 2022.

Following the success of her album '30,' which became the best-selling album of 2021 with over 600,000 copies sold within six weeks of its release on November 19, Adele decided to celebrate and invest her earnings wisely.
