As per the official statement released by PwC Nigeria, their
appointment commenced on July 1, 2024.
It is noteworthy that this announcement forms part of PwC
Africa’s admission of 15 new partners, with a significant 40 percent being
female. This represents a substantial step forward in realizing the firm’s
objectives for gender representation in leadership positions.
In a congratulatory statement to the newly appointed
partners, the Country Senior Partner of PwC Nigeria, Sam Abu, expressed his
sincere felicitations, “Our new partners bring deep expertise and experience in

As leaders, they will help our clients navigate challenges and disruptions,

Sustainability and Climate Change. With over 15 years of expertise in business
development, market entry, and sustainability, she will spearhead the firm’s
endeavors in assisting clients’ transitions towards green, circular, and blue
economies across West Africa.
The Individual possesses a certificate in Business
Sustainability and Sustainable Finance from the University of Cambridge in the
United Kingdom, a degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of
Benin, and a master’s degree in public and development management from the
University of Witwatersrand in South Africa.
While Taiwo Oyaniran, a highly experienced chartered
accountant with substantial post-qualification expertise. He leads PwC Nigeria’s
agribusiness services, catering to international donor agencies and clients in
the consumer and industrial products and services sector.
Oyaniran has been promoted to the position of Lead Ethics
Officer at PwC Nigeria and the West Market Area of PwC Africa. In his new role
as a partner, he will be responsible for expanding the firm's market presence
in the Agribusiness, International Donor Agencies, and Consumer and Industrial
Products & Services sectors. Additionally, he will be mentoring young
professionals within the organization.
Furthermore, Tim Siloma, a seasoned tax professional with
over 15 years of experience at PwC, specializing in tax reporting and strategy.
He has 11 years of international experience, having worked in the UK, Kenya,
and Nigeria, where he made significant contributions to the firm’s tax
compliance practice.
As a pivotal member of PwC’s Tax Administration Consulting
practice, Tim possesses a proven track record in optimizing tax systems for
revenue authorities. His expertise lies in crafting sustainable solutions that
encompass people, processes, and technology, thereby enhancing the efficiency
and effectiveness of tax administration.
He possesses an LLB from the University of Nairobi and a CPA
from Strathmore Business School. Tim is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya,
a CPA-K, and an Associate Member of both ICAN and CITN.
