Chemaly-Parker, is an 18-year-old musician hailing from Beirut, Lebanon. Mr.
James discovered his affinity for music during his formative years, showcasing
his dancing prowess to the tune of “Gangnam Style” at his father’s
establishment in Mozambique. This pivotal experience ignited an enduring
passion for music, further cultivated by his upbringing steeped in diverse
cultural influences. At the tender age of six, Mr. James embarked on his
musical journey by enrolling in a renowned music academy in London, where he
attained a Level 3 proficiency in piano. Currently residing in Johannesburg,
South Africa, his musical compositions are characterized by a distinctive
fusion of cultural influences.
Teddy, a native of Beirut, was primarily raised in Sandton,
South Africa. He received an exceptional education at esteemed institutions
such as St David’s Marist Inanda, De La Salle Holy Cross College Junior School,
Abbotts College, and Radley School for Business. This diverse educational
background and early exposure to a variety of musical genres have profoundly
influenced his artistic perspective.
Reaching the age of 18 is a significant milestone that many
individuals eagerly await with a sense of delight and anticipation. For Teddy,
however, it signifies the culmination of a challenging period marked by
relentless taunting and bullying, which have left profound emotional wounds.
Despite these adversities, he has demonstrated remarkable fortitude and
resilience, largely attributed to the unwavering support provided by his family
and the unwavering commitment exhibited by his team.
