In a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, the
42-year-old icon shared that her perspective on musical success has evolved
with her personal growth.
Reflecting on her past motivations, Beyoncé stated: “There
was a time in my life when charts and sales excited and motivated me.”
However, she said she has now moved beyond those goals,
dedicating herself fully to her artistic expression.
Despite this shift in focus, Beyoncé’s recent country music
album, “Cowboy Carter,” has achieved extraordinary success, which she
gratefully acknowledged.
She stated: “I’m very grateful and humbled for the
extraordinary success of the new album.”
