Burna Boy Achieves Another Milestone, Sells Out London Stadium with a Capacity of 80,000 for the Second Time

Burna Boy, a renowned Nigerian musician, has once again achieved a remarkable feat by selling out the prestigious 80,000-capacity stadium in London. On Saturday, the Grammy Award-winning artist captivated his audience with an extraordinary performance at the esteemed West Ham United’s London Stadium.

Burna Boy performed a selection of his popular songs, including ‘City Boys’, ‘On Form’, and ‘Last Last’, to an enthusiastic audience who sang along.

The London concert commenced with a comedic performance by the esteemed Nigerian entertainer, Sabinus, renowned for his exceptional talent in both skit-making and stand-up comedy.

Also performing at the concert were several Nigerian music stars including Omah Lay, Phyno, Shallipopi, Odumodublvck, Seyi Vibez, BNXN, and Pheelz.

The Malian singer Salif Keita and the Swedish singer Snoh Aalegra were the international guest performers at the concert.

This is not the first time Burna Boy will be selling out a concert at the London Stadium.

In 2023, Burna Boy became the first African artiste to sell out the 80,000-capacity stadium.

Born Damini Ogulu, Burna Boy started to gain fame after releasing ‘Like to Party’, the lead single from his debut album ‘L.I.F.E’ (2013).

In the year of 2021, the renowned vocalist achieved a remarkable feat in Nigeria by securing the prestigious ‘Best World Music Album’ accolade at the esteemed Grammy Awards for his fifth studio album titled ‘Twice As Tall’.

Throughout his illustrious career, Burna Boy has consistently captivated audiences and achieved sold-out performances at prominent venues across the globe.
