Perfection Real Estate Group has unveiled 248 housing units at Osoroko in Ibeju Lekki area of Lagos, Southwest Nigeria.

Some of the subscribers were given their allocations at the weekend at the Perfection Estate, Phase 1, Osoroko, Ibeju Lekki at a short ceremony witnessed by the traditional ruler in the area, Oba Olusegun Ebenezer Oyiri.

The President and Chief Executive Officer, Perfection Real Estate Group, Dr Niyi Adeleye, said the mission of the group was to make possible participation in the real estate sector for all its investors.

“Of course, we actually run on three platforms, wealth, trade and empowerment. This makes it possible for anybody to own a home. This is capital intensive. But no matter who you are, whether you are just an income earner, a worker or you don’t even have a job, you can actually work with Perfection Real Estate.

“So, we want to deliver Perfection Real Estate in every nook and cranny of Nigeria. That’s number one. Then number two, Perfection Real Estate is a platform that makes opportunity and possibility available for those who would like to invest in land, those who would like to invest in housing, and those who would like to be part of the infrastructure and building projects; those who want to own homes, those who want to earn income because we have an income generating business system that works for everybody,” he explained.

Adeleye said the Perfection Real Estate has 248 units of housing coming up at Osoroko built by the group apart from the ones the subscribers could build for owning land in the area.

“We have one bedroom apartment, 60 units; we have two bedrooms, which will be 108 apartments. We are going to have three-bedroom apartments, 48 units; We are going to have four-bedroom, semi-detached duplexes, 12 units then bungalows, 20 units; in all two and three-bedroom bungalows. Everything makes up to 248 apartments and that is like phase one, Apart from that too, the infrastructure is going to come up in a classic way,” he explained further.

Adeleye said there are also some plots of land for those who are ready “to kick-off, immediately they want to build their houses hereabout, we have small plots of land available for you to pick up and then start your dream home.”

The CEO said the beneficiaries of the allocation were those subscribers who had already made full payment for their apartments.

On the cost of the apartments, Adeleye disclosed that a fully completed and furnished one-bedroom cost N25 million under the own-to-]rent scheme.

“It cost N25 million because it will be fully finished and furnished. The idea about this one is own-to-rent. People will own it and now let it out and collect rent on it.

“The two-bedroom apartment is N19.1 million, three bedrooms is around N22 million, The beauty of it is that we have actually made things easy for everyone to be part of Perfection Real Estate. We have what we call a wealth platform and empowerment platform,” he explained.

Adeleye admitted that the cost of building materials had increased, saying that it would greatly affect those buying houses.

“It’s a really big challenge. You know, it’s not even about the perfection group now. It’s actually the subscribers that will feel it the most, again, some of the houses that are built for N19m now, sometimes ago, they were built for N7.5 million around 2020.

“The prices of building materials also contributed to it a great deal. It is the people that buy that we actually feel for. We cannot change the situation, you have to factor the cost of materials into the cost,” he said.

The traditional ruler of Ororoko in Ibeju Lekki, Oba Olusegun Ebenezer Oyiri, commended Perfection Real Estate for doing a good job and urged Nigerians to subscribe to the housing scheme to be able to own a home.
