Meanwhile, 60 COVID-19 patients who have recovered from the
disease have been discharged from hospitals across the country.
"Our discharges today includes 23 community recoveries in Yobe State managed in line with guidelines." NCDC said.
According to the health agency, till date, a total of 165,110
cases have been confirmed, 155,101 cases have been discharged and 2,063 deaths
have been recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.
According to NCDC report Lagos state lead the chart on
Friday with 21 new cases, followed by Yobe with 19 and Ogun with 6 infections.
While Akwa Ibom reported 3 cases, Kaduna and Plateau had 2 cases
each, FCT and Rivers reported 1 case each.
