The Max Garden Estate has on Saturday unveiled Nollywood actor, Sam Uche Anyamele as the brands ambassador at an empowerment seminar for real estate consultants in Lagos.
Max Garden Estate phase 1, is a fast selling property located along Monastery road, Sangotedo, behind Shoprite, Lagos.

Speaking at the unveiling ceremony, the famous actor said the decision to endorse the project is based on his love for long time investments.
He said: “I have always love things that are for long time. Investments that have to do with sustenance of life, I don’t like one off things. You find yourself always struggling to sustain them.”
The Nollywood actor who is presently studying for his Doctorate Degree (PhD) in Business Administration in University of Lagos, said real estate investment is definitely worth involving hence he was elated when he was called on board the project.

“When my friend started this, I knew it was a thing to get involved with,” he said, adding that: “That is why I am happy it has Certificate of Occupancy (C of O), so it’s something one should buy into, you already have things cleared for you instead having to go through the authorities or land grabbers popularly known as omo-onile.

“With the new Lagos coming, it is easier and better to buy into it now before the rate goes up like what is happening now in Abuja where a lot of people have now been sent to the outskirt because the city centre could not be afforded anymore. So, it is time to do this since Lagos is picking up from here,” Sam Uche noted.
The Managing Director of JohnMax Properties Services, owners of the estate, Egbuleze John said real estate is a platform everybody can take advantage of either for investments or employment purposes.

He observed that Sangotedo is a highbrow area where return on investment is 100% certain. And according to him, “Max Garden is a genuine landed property where people can buy into and go to sleep without fear of losing their property,” he averred.
