The Multi-Purpose Hall at the LTV
Complex Agidingbi, Ikeja, Lagos was found conducive for the hosting of the
first edition of MKO Abiola Memorial Discourse organized recently by Centre for
Rights And Grassroots Initiative (CRGI) & Niyi Babade Global Network
(NGBN). The theme of the event was “MKO Abiola and The Democratic Struggle in
Nigeria.”
Chairman of the occasion, Ayo Opadokun did justice to the topic, while the likes of former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode and first child of the late Chief MKO Abiola, Lola Abiola Edewor also lent their voice to the discuss. Also at the event is the Chairman of Amuwo Odofin Local Government, Comrade Adewale Ayodele and other important personalities.
