The 24-year-old singer, who found fame with N-Dubz, was arrested along with a 35-year-old man by appointment at a central London police station and they both remain in custody.
The arrest comes after this newspaper revealed Tulisa allegedly set up an £800 cocaine deal.
Tulisa's friend rapper Mike GLC - who was also filmed in the Sun's undercover investigation - was also reportedly arrested today.

Scotland Yard said today: "Officers have today arrested two people, a 35-year-old man (A) and a 24-year-old woman (B), by appointment at a central London police station on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of class A drugs.
"They remain in custody at a central London police station."
Yesterday a Metropolitan Police spokesman said: “We have received information concerning the alleged supply of illegal drugs. We are considering the information received.”
Tulisa — who made £1million from her X Factor stint — was taped bragging about knowing drug dealers to undercover Sun reporters at London’s posh Nobu restaurant.
During one meeting, Tulisa said: "Half my phone book sells it. Of course I can get it for you. Half the guys I know are drug dealers."
